Orders & Tracking

  • When  I will receive  me  order?

 

It took us between 2  Y  3  days to manage the orders, after which we will send it to you.  

 

The  weather  from  Shipping  It depends  from your  Location,  but  can you 

estimate him  from  the  Next 

way:

- Mainland: 3-5 business days

- Europe: 5-7  days  skillful

- International:  10-15 days  skillful

 

  • From  where  I know  send  me 
    order?

We ship our products from Sabadell, Barcelona, Spain.  

 

  • I will have  what  to pay  rates  from 
    customs  for  me  order?

International orders may incur additional customs charges. This rate is not under our control, and is the decision  from your local customs agency. Customs policies vary greatly between countries, so we recommend you speak with your local authorities to clarify this point.   

Avoid robberies. If you will not be at home on the day of delivery, use your work address or where you will be.  

If the address is correct and the package is not at the post office nor does a neighbor/porter have it. Contact us directly at info@murocollective.com with your  order number.  

 

If there is a problem with your shipping address, we can send your product again, but you will have to bear the costs.

You  zip code is a crucial part of your address. Make sure you enter it correctly. 

Exchanges & returns

Refunding a returned or canceled order takes 3-5 business days.
have  Please note that your refund may not be processed until the following billing month, depending on the billing schedule of your credit card issuer.

  • Requirements:  

​ Please note that we only accept  eligible returns, but not exchanges. Refunds are made once the returned products pass my inspection.

  • We accept returns if:

You receive a different product or a defective product. ​

Return Instructions

  1. Submit a return request via  info@murocollective.com within two days of receipt. You must attach the photos of the product(s) received and include the order number, as well as the reason for the return.
     

  2. We will wear  contact you to help you by email.
     

  3. Returned items must be in their original condition, including tags and any packaging. In addition, you must include a note with your order number, your name and your user ID.
     

*Please note that returns are accepted ONLY IF you have followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by me. Returns are not accepted  sent to me without any prior consent.

*Please note that EVEN faulty/incorrect items must be returned with all tags intact. The item(s) must be shipped in its original packaging and unused.

*Please include all original package contents and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.

* Shipping costs  They are non-refundable for returns or exchanges.

 

We do not accept returns if:

-you return the items only because you have changed your mind (about size, color, etc.)
-you return shoes, bags or any other accessory
-the products are damaged due to mishandling on your part
-your return request is not approved.

 

The following items are not considered defective:

* Items originally manufactured without tags.
* Items with wrinkles that may have been made during shipping
* Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production
*Overpaint, paint drips, inconsistent tint/color patterns.

Taxes and tariffs

The buyer is obliged to cover their taxes implemented by customs. Refused and returned items will not be refunded.

 

PRICE MATCH POLICY
All orders are not subject to any price matching at any time. Exchange rates (EUR)

WRONG ADDRESS
-Any address filled in incorrectly will not be covered if lost.
-If any other language than Spanish is used to fill in the delivery address, it will be translated as best as possible and sent.  I will contact you to verify it, but if it is not possible and said package does not arrive at the expected address, I am not responsible.

NOT AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY

-If you do not accept it at the door, it is the sole responsibility of the client to claim it at the nearest center. Any packages returned or destroyed by the carrier will not be refunded or replaced.


CUSTOM ORDER POLICY
- All custom orders are non-refundable and final (ie items listed as "hand painted, hand stained, 1/1, custom, limited edition").
